GOOGLE HAVE LAUNCHED AN UP TO DATE LOOK AND FEEL “PEOPLE WHO SEARCH FOR” QUERY REFINEMENT BOX WHICH IS ONLY BEING SHOWN ON DESKTOP. OVER THE YEARS GOOGLE HAVE BEEN TESTING LOTS OF DIFFERENT DESIGNS OF THIS SPECIFIC FEATURE THIS IS INCLUDING THE DYNAMIC LOADING VERSIONS.
The way in people will see ‘People also search for’ in results is by clicking on a listing, and then by clicking back to the search results page on Google to trigger this on desktop.
The new version Google has released is a box around the organic search result with “people also search for” with lots of hyperlink suggestions. The suggestions usually load when a user clicks on a result and then clicks back to the search results.

Google are continually testing the new design but the old feature can still be seen when searching on Google. When Google have implemented enough tests and see that the users are liking the new feature Google will then decide to remove the old feature.
